About Kerys Hamilton

Kerys joined Greig Residential in 2016 as a sales negotiator when the company had only been in business for four months. With previous work experience in retail and a BA Honours Degree in Law & Human Resource Management, Kerys brought a wealth of transferrable skills and quickly adopted Greig Residential’s unique way of working which has seen her through to her current role as Branch Manager. Priding herself in caring for our clients’ needs, Kerys strives to achieve the best result for all clients whilst making the process as stress free as possible. Kerys also recognises the importance of building good relationships with potential purchasers, working with them to find their perfect home! 

Kerys says “I am extremely proud to be part of Greig Residential’s success over the past five years and love every aspect of my job. We are such a strong team, who all possess the same work ethic. Every day is different, and I love the variety of properties we work with, and how each sale is different. For me, our service does not end when we agree an offer for our clients, I communicate with the vendors’ solicitor until the date of entry to ensure as smooth a transaction as possible. Outside of work, I live in my forever home with my husband and two daughters and enjoy spending time with them, my family and friends.”
