About Gillian Greig
Gillian founded Greig Residential in September 2015 following a decade of working within the industry in Ayrshire. With a corporate background, Gillian felt there was a huge gap in the market for a local and more personal service. With a wealth of professional relationships throughout Ayrshire and vast experience valuing residential property Gillian prides herself on being able to highlight any potential hazards which may affect a property sale at the earliest stage, whilst focusing on professional integrity at all times. Gillian believes at Greig Residential with our experience and superb reputation we save our clients valuable time, stress and money. Gillian’s biggest achievements have been growing the business to a strong team of 7 with 6 sales negotiators, each being passionate, motivated and professional. We have worked hard maintaining our statistics as East Ayrshire strongest selling agency since the business established in 2015, outperforming our competitors by at least 100+ properties annually in our area.
Gillian says “Chris and I are very proud parents to our two boys, we love spending time outdoors as a family and often enjoy traveling at home and abroad, particularly enjoying lots of different outdoor activities. I love horse riding and have owned my own horses for a large part of my life hence my love of the countryside! My children are my sole focus, I strive to demonstrate to them that you can work hard and achieve your dreams and ” If you find a job you love you’ll never need to work another day in your life”! I could not be prouder of Greig Residential’s achievements in our short 5 years. Having won the “Young Entrepreneur of the year award ” in 2016 and receiving a Civic recognition from the Provost for my achievements, the business has grown authentically with the incredible support of the Ayrshire people.
